2022 Virtual Fall Conference Recap

The Washington State Senior Citizens’ Foundation held their Virtual 2022 Fall Conference on Thursday October 20, 2022. We had 200 people including speakers attend a very successful Conference. Since we have had numerous people ask for copies of the presentations, a copy of the Agenda with presentations is posted here. (Click on highlighted names/titles in the Agenda to view presentations)
The Sponsors were: Adult Family Home Council of WA, AARP Washington, Alzheimer’s Association, DSHS, Aging and Long-Term Support Adm., Retired Public Retired Public Employees Council, and WA Assoc. of Area Agencies on Aging (W4A).
Presentations were made by the following: David Mancuso, Director, WA State DSHS Research and Data Analysis Division, David Schumacher, Director of Office of Financial Management, Jason McGill, Washington State Health Care Authority, Bea Rector, Assistant Secretary Aging and Long-Term Support Administration, DSHS, Patricia Hunter, Washington State Ombuds, Lynne Korte, Dementia Action Collaborative.
Thank you so much for your support of the 2022 Fall Conference. Since the Conference was Virtual, it would not have been possible without the support of Demas Nesterenko hosting the Zoom sign on and oversight throughout the day from 9:00 – 4:00 pm. In addition, a TVW streaming team member logged in to livestream the day of the Conference.
