2023 Washington State Legislative Session

The Washington State Legislature 2023 is coming. Each year, the state legislature convenes on the second Monday of January for either 60 days (even-numbered years) or 105 days (odd-numbered years). In 2023 the Legislative session will be a long session (105 days).

The 2023 Legislative Session will begin January 9, 2023, and the last day of
session is April 24, 2023.

We will negotiate a new biennial budget for 2023-2025, with the fiscal year
starting July 1, 2023.
